The Emboldly Fellowship is calling for ambitious early-career women and nonbinary professionals to apply for its fully virtual 2025–2026 cohort. 

The Emboldly Fellowship 2026 is a four-month hybrid professional development program created to equip early-career women and nonbinary professionals with the confidence, skills, and community support they need to thrive in today’s workplace.

Combining structured training, mentorship, and peer collaboration, the fellowship helps participants take ownership of their career paths and grow into impactful, purpose-driven leaders.

Emboldly Fellowship 2026 Programme Overview

Below is the programme overview for the Emboldly Fellowship 2026 that all aspiring participants must take note of.

  • Fellowship Start Date: January 24, 2026

  • Format: Hybrid (bi-weekly virtual sessions + optional local meetups)
  • Cost: Free for all accepted fellows (refundable $50 completion retainer)

Each year, Emboldly Fellowship brings together a diverse cohort of 60–80 participants for bi-weekly, two-hour sessions that blend practical career training with leadership insights from accomplished professionals across industries.

Despite growing progress, women and nonbinary individuals remain underrepresented in leadership positions across many sectors.

The Emboldly Fellowship 2026 aims to bridge this gap by fostering an inclusive environment where participants can:

What is the Eligibility Criteria for Emboldly Fellowship 2026?

The Emboldly Fellowship 2026 is open to early-career women and nonbinary professionals (0–3 years of work experience) who are:

  • Wholly passionate about leadership and their personal growth.
  • Ready to develop key professional and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to participate in bi-weekly sessions and group activities.
  • Committed to fostering equity, inclusion, and positive change in the workplace.
  • Uphold Emboldly’s commitment to advancing women in leadership.

Q: What does the $50 retainer cover?

A: The retainer is refundable upon program completion and ensures participant commitment. Fee waivers are available.

Q: Can I participate while working full-time?

A: Yes. Sessions are held bi-weekly on Saturdays (10 a.m. PT / 1 p.m. ET) with flexible independent activities between sessions.

Q: Do I need to attend all sessions?

A: Fellows are expected to attend at least 7 of 8 sessions. Exceptions may be made in emergencies.

A: Yes. The Emboldly Fellowship 2026 welcomes participants from around the world, with optional in-person meetups in cities such as Los Angeles, New York City, Austin, Dallas, and Toronto.
